Learn how to make professional quality sushi at home.

30DaysOfSushiLogo-01-01

Let’s be honest: Making sushi at home is difficult. It takes a lot of time and it doesn’t always taste like it does at a sushi bar.

That’s why I have created a comprehensive guide to show you how to make professional grade sushi at home. I will show you how you can make several different styles of sushi, how to use various ingredients, and even how to host your own sushi party!

But first, let’s address the major hurtles of rolling sushi at home:

Difficulty

You can watch every video on YouTube about rolling sushi, but still fall short of your goal of making sushi like a pro. Each person rolls sushi differently and even makes rice differently! Who should you trust? Why are they doing it like that? Rolling sushi is difficult enough without having to try to filter through the nonsense on YouTube (or any other blog, for that matter).

Time

You need to make sushi rice, prepare each ingredient, make sauces, follow recipe instructions… Before you know it 2 hours have passed by and you have a few sushi rolls to show for it. Not to mention the amount of time it takes to clean up after you’re done and what you’re going to do with all of those left over ingredients!

Quality

Why does sushi always taste better at the sushi bar than it does at home? You can use the same ingredients, follow the same recipe, and even use the same tools – yet still fall short of the quality you experience at the sushi bar.

While training and technique do play a roll in quality (I would never deny that), there are shortcuts, secrets, and sushi hacks that we (sushi chefs) use to create the type of quality that our customers enjoy.

And I plan on showing you all of them.

My name is Bryan Sekine and I’ve been working as a professional sushi chef for over 10 years. I have learned from some of the best chefs in the Midwest, taught several people to become sushi chefs, and I have created my own sushi business to teach people how to roll sushi in my live classes as well as online. I have taught well over 200 people how to roll sushi in person and now I am excited to be able to teach YOU how to roll sushi from the comfort of your own home.

I’ve taken years of professional training and condensed it down to 6 Essential Modules. Each module will guide you, step-by-step, and teach you the fundamentals of making sushi.

By the end of the course, you will be making sushi like a professional. I promise.

Here are Some Common Questions About the Course:

Will this course come with any equipment?

No. The logistics of sending out equipment to everyone who signs up would be a nightmare for me. However, I will provide a list of equipment that you will need (in a Good, Better, Best fashion) as well as links on where you can buy them online.

What equipment will I need to get started?

For starting off, all you will need is:

  • a sharp knife
  • a cutting board
  • a rice cooker
  • some short grain rice
  • and the ingredient for whichever recipe you are making.

Ingredient lists for each recipe will be provided.

Will I be creating a login? Do I need to sign in each time I want to use the course?

Yes. All of the content within the course will be secured through a login. After you sign up, you will be assigned a username and password that you can change after your first login. After that, you will need to sign in each time you want to access the course.

Where can I buy ingredients to use in the course?

Being that students can login from anywhere in the world, all ingredient resources will be links to reputable online stores. I’ll also provide a few common places to buy ingredients locally in the U.S.

Can I do a payment plan for your course?

Yes, you can! I have integrated a payment system into the course because I believe this course should be accessible and affordable. However, due to the cost of setting up this system, the payment plan will be slightly more expensive than paying the full amount at once.

After I’m done making payments, how long will I have access to the course?

For both payment options you will have lifetime-access to the course. 🙂

What devices can I use to access the course?

You can access the course on a computer, smart phone, tablet, and even a smart TV! Basically, if you access to the internet and you can type in your username/password, you can access the course.

I don’t always have access to the internet, is there anything that I can download?

Yes, there will be! Inside the modules you will find downloadable PDF files for checklists, shopping lists, meal planners, and all of the previously mentioned bonus material.

Just make sure that your device is capable of reading PDF files!

Will I receive free updates with the course?

Absolutely! There won’t be a ton of updates to the course, as the information and techniques described are timeless, but I will definitely make a few adjustments. All updates to the course will show up immediately and they are all completely free for students.

I have a question about the course. Who should I contact?

You can send me an email at support@30daysofsushi.com or simply post your question in the private Facebook group.
